We are counselors and trusted advisors to singles, couples and families, creating close and enduring relationships.

We complement our home office in Havertown with two Florida satellite offices in Orlando and Naples, and an office in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Brinker Organization emerged from the vision of Thomas J. Brinker, a veteran financial and insurance advisor with more than 45 years of advisory consultation experience. Regionally and nationally recognized as an author, media analyst and radio host, Tom has served as a board member and chairperson of many local and national organizations.

Who qualifies?
Not everyone – only a few, select professionals of ability and character. Preferably, you should have some experience in the financial services industry. You must also register with our broker/dealer, Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc.

We offer you a generous commission schedule, an individual office, a support staff, a budget for ancillary office expenses such as stationery and postage, and marketing support and onsite IT support.
