Joseph F. Brinker,

CFS, RFC, is the President of The Brinker Organization.

Joseph brings more than nineteen years of dedicated experience to his financial planning services. He received the Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) designation from The Institute of Certified Fund Specialists in La Jolla, California, and the Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) from the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Widener University.

He is the President of two corporations, Fringe Benefits, Inc. and Financial Foresight, Ltd., a Registered Investment Advisor, providing a full range of investment and planning services for individuals, professionals, and businesses. Fringe Benefits, Inc. and Financial Foresight, Ltd., are both member companies of The Brinker Organization.

He is a Registered General Securities Principal, a Limited Municipal Bond Principal and a Registered Representative with Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc., a Registered Broker/Dealer. Joseph is currently studying for his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

He is Vice-President of "Tom Brinker's Operation Christmas Basket" Program.
